In no particular order, this is just a collection of customer reviews from part of Feb. and all of March. These are the ones that didn't get posted to Dealer Rater, Yelp, or other sites, but went straight to Ford.

 

Scott Creason and Kyle Corn were great! This was far and away the best car purchasing experience my husband and I have ever had. Ford of Kirkland (and Scott) were recommended by a trusted friend, and we were not disappointed. Scott went out of his way to let us test drive our vehicle and even keep it overnight. We were undecided between a Ford Fusion or a Hyundai Sonata, in the end the Fusion was our choice. Thank you again for an awesome experience, I have no doubt that when it comes time to purchase our next vehicle we will be returning customers! :)  - S. English

In my business, running a cruise line it is all about customer satisfaction. My sales person at Ford of Kirkland is Raleigh Fouch. Raleigh is a class act. The man has many years with Ford and when I asked the GM to speak to a Mustang expert, he introduced me to Raleigh. Besides being a nice person, his entire approach was genuine and he made me feel important ... and that he was really determined to find me the perfect Mustang ... and he did. When I brought the vehicle home it was a dark rainy day in Seattle. A week or so later with the car still sitting in the garage since I brought it home, I noticed a few small scrapes on the right fender. I called Raleigh and he scheduled a fix for the following week. All is well with both me and my 5.0 GT Premium Mustang. Thank you Raleigh. I will and already have recommended you to several friends. – R. Schweizer

(Raleigh Fouch) Very professional and taylored to what I stated I was looking for. As a long time buyer with a long term relationship with my previous deal (Ted Britt Ford, Fairfax, VA) I was concerned about starting a new relationship here in the Pacific NW where we have moved. My son recommended this dealer because he had been treated well when I tried to get him to purchase a Ford. I explained my situation and what I was looking for and they met my expectation and we closed the deal in less than an hour. Follow up was again professional. Richard Hardenbrook) Ford of Kirkland was a great experience. I had the exact opposite experience with Sound Ford in Renton. I called and asked if an advertised vehicle was still available and the Salesman said yes. I got his name, drove 20 miles to the dealership. The name I was given was indeed the name of a salesman there but he said he did not talk to me. I agree, I did not talk to him but someone else misrepresented themselves on the phone. After 20 minutes the manager finally said the vehicle had been sold 2 days earlier. Additionally he took no responsibility for his people answering the phone and giving bad information. Because of this experience I very nearly did not purchase a Ford Vehicle. I think Sound Ford poorly represents Ford as a dealership. On the other hand, Ford of Kirkland was a great experience.- Anthony S.

 

Great job all around. Scott Creason and Todd Ireland were very helpful in getting my new Mustang. There was a minor problem with the car not starting but the guys took good care of it. I would highly recommend Ford of Kirkland.                 –James M.

I had communicated via email with our salesperson before hand, she didn't bug me with emails or phone calls (which other dealers have) but made herself available, we knew what we wanted and she didn't try to sell us something different. She made sure we got what we wanted!!-Dale T.

 

There were many more, but I ran out of room. As thankless as this business can often be, thankyou to everyone who takes the time to show a little gratitude. It means a lot, especially to a team that is always striving to be better and provide the best possible experience for our customers.
