My mother and I went to various dealerships prior to arriving at Ford of Kirkland and we found that Dave was very friendly with the way he spoke to us and very determined to do whatever was necessary to help us find a car at a price we could afford. We were pleased with the effort to make the experience worthwhile and with the care taken with the car and to make sure that we were satisfied.

My wife and I came to the dealership to look at a used f350 crew cab long bed we saw on line. Jon was very freindly treated my wife and i with courtesy and respect. We sat down with Jon and he brought up the vehicle in question on the computer after serching for the vehicle it was discovered one of the employees had taken the vehicle for the weekend. We noticed a second truck same model Jon brought up the vehcle we test drove the truck liked it and began the normal bargining process One of the bargining points was new tires and an alignment. While we were waiting for the paperwork we checked otu the new Flex on the showroom floor. Jon returned and told us the truck would be ready the following day and he would provide us with a loaner we asked if we could have a Flex and he agreed. We loved the vehicle and have added that to our list of future purchases. We picked up our new/used truck and on the way home my wife who was driving informed me she was having a hard time keeping the truck under control I drove the truck the next day and discovered there was definatly somthing wrong with the front end.We called Jon and he had us return thr vehicle for service again they provided us with a loaner vehicle. The next day i called Jon and he informed us that the gear box was worn and required replacment wich the dealership did at no cost to us and we will be picking up the repaied truck tommorrow.We are very excited and very pleased with the whole experience. My wife and I would recommend this dealership to anyone and we will definately be doing busines with these guys in the future

We went looking for a 2010 Ford Taurus. Todd let us test drive the SEL on the lot. We liked it but were looking for the limited with some options. Todd found us the perfect match at another dealer and went to get it for us. The new car was in Kirkland within two days. Todd was plesant and knowledgable. Great to work with. To close on the deal the finance department found us a much lower rate then we had found ourselves online. This saved us money. Overall a very good sales experience.

We went looking for a 2010 Taurus. We test drove one on the Ford of Kirland lot. Then Todd went to work finding our car with all the options we were looking for. He found the perfect car for us, and had it on the lot within two days. The finance department was able to find us an unheard of rate of 3.6 percent with Chase, saving us money. Over all a good experience.

Price was fair. the dealer did not dally on price, or stall like others have in the past. very clean facility and organized staff. Really liked the process on the trade in as well. Seemed to be quick and fair. Have recommended the dealer twice already. very satisfied.

What a great experience! Patrick and Jon were both friendly and professional. The used vehicle was in excellent condition, maintained by Kirkland Ford and had a WONDERFUL price. They accommodated all my special requests (minor squawks)very reasonably. I recommend this dealer!

We bought a used Escape from Todd at Ford of Kirkland for my wife. Todd found us the deal we needed on a used Escape in good shape. The dealer re-painted a small scratch on the left side and made sure it was safe.

My only complaint was with the detail shop, which might require some retraining for the detail staff. I ended up investing two hours of my own time cleaning up the interior so my wife would enjoy the "new vehicle" experience.
I'd suggest Todd for anyone who is looking at a new or used Ford.

Jon was very friendly and did not push us into purchasing the vehicle. Totally opposite from your typical "Car Salesman". Because Jon was so kind and "Non-Pushy" the decision to purchase the new vehicle was an easy one. We would definately recommend our friends and family to go see Jon.

What a great experience with no hassles!!! Jon Sweigert did what he said he would do without making it an all day event. We did not have to go through any agonizing negotiations. Jon got the deal done fast with no hidden fees. We would come back to your dealership and work with Jon again and will refer others to work with him also. thanks for taking care of us.

Great experience! Changed my perception of the car buying process, which used to be disappointing and full pushy salesmans. The car was perfect, with the most important options and no undesired packages that usually just add to the price. My next car has a very high chance of being another Ford!
